The Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Children's Hospital received equipment to provide medical assistance to its youngest patients
According to the "Galka" news outlet, which references the Regional Children's Hospital, this equipment includes a modern BabyPod transport incubator, enabling the safe and comfortable transportation of newborns by the mobile neonatal team. Additionally, they received a high-class T6 Amoul artificial lung ventilation device, designed for babies weighing as little as 500 grams. These are our tiniest and most vulnerable patients, requiring the most advanced technologies for their recovery and growth.
The hospital reports that the functionality of the device allows it to be used both stationary in the intensive care unit and during the transportation of infants in an ambulance. They also received heated mattresses to maintain the thermal chain during transportation and surgical procedures, as well as some accessories for use with the aforementioned equipment.
The equipment was provided by the AMOR Ukraine Health Organization and the company Kimberly-Clark Ukraine.
