AUHO Team delivers medications for wounded Ukrainians

Since Russia launched a full-scale invasion in early 2022, AMOR has expanded to Ukraine and has established its third project, AMOR Ukraine Health Organization (AUHO). This project is designed to serve as a pipeline for essential resources such as medication, medical equipment, and humanitarian relief to support Ukraine’s healthcare system and improve the lives of those affected by this devastating war.

The newly established AUHO team jumped right into their essential role and worked overtime during the holiday season to deliver medications to hospitals in need. Two large vans were filled with boxes of medications and delivered to the Uman city hospital and Khrystynivka interregional hospital in Ukraine. These medications were donated to both hospitals for use in the surgical departments of wounded servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The staff had the opportunity to meet with the General Director and the Medical Director of the hospital to discuss the hospital’s need for medical equipment. The two hospitals were extremely grateful for the donations they received from the AUHO team. AMOR is honored to be working globally to offset the hardships the people of Ukraine are currently facing.
